Email Forwarding

This is really a job for the webmaster of your site. 

Firstly, use your Contact Us form to send a test email to see if and where it arrives.  If it is clear that it is going nowhere (redundant email addresses or to a former club member):

Go to the members area, select the option "Manage email forwarding"

Contact Us is the second on the list. Update the field "Will be forwarded to" with the full email address of the recipient. Once complete click Update at the bottom of the table.

The update will take about 24 hours to register with the system, so you will need to wait about a day before testing.
