Resetting your password

So long as your email address matches the address on the email forwarding you will receive a new password.

First, go to the log in screen for your website:

 

Once you click on the email link you will be presented with a new screen:

 

 

 Once this stage is complete you will receive an email with your new password:

 

 

 

 

Finally, go back to the log in screen and use your new password with your user name to log in to your website.
